Lodging
Only the Queen Anne can claim to have all rooms decorated with original antiques from the "Outer" Cape and Nantucket. As a matter of fact, most of the beautiful antiques have been in the Inn since 1874 or even longer. This truly historic setting, combined with modern ammenities, provides you with the uniquely romantic ambience to be found in beautiful old homes and mansions.
Note: All Hot Tubs at the Queen Anne are located on your private porch or balcony and can accommodate 4 persons. All Jacuzzis can accommodate 2 persons and are located inside of the room.
Village Rooms
Located on the eastern, village side of the Inn, these rooms enjoy the morning sun and are furnished with either King, Queen or Double/Double beds. Click here for photos.
Cozy Fireplace Rooms
Located on the third floor of the Inn. These rooms provide a maximum of privacy. Real working fireplaces will assure you an idyllic country setting. Attention: Ceiling height is 6'5". Click here for photos.
The Garden Rooms
On the sunny western side, overlooking the large, private garden. These rooms have large private balconies, ideal for enjoying a beautiful Cape Cod sunset in your wicker chaise lounge. Click here for photos.

The Sunset Studio

The Garden Cottage Studios
Tucked away in the Inns original Victorian cottage, both studios have working fireplaces. Choose between one with the sunk-in jacuzzi, decorated with hand painted murals; or the one with it's own tucked away patio and four person sized hot tub. Click here for photos.
The Carriage House Studios
Deluxe accommodations with fireplaces & frivate fatios with hot tubs. British Colonial furniture, reminiscent of Grand Carribean plantation homes welcome you in our Carriage House Studios. High vaulted ceilings and large working fireplaces compliment the beautifully carved furniture, exuding an atmsophere of elegant, yet relaxed tranquility. Other ammenities include a 27inch color TV with VHS, Radio/CD Player and refrigerator. All rooms are individually climate controlled.
