we just returned from our columbus weekend getaway and much to my dismay it was not a great experience. we had no heat. full breakfast was not included. over priced. stay at a bed and breakfast, you will get more for your money.

On Monday, July 27th through Thursday, July 30th John Signorini and I were guests in Room 37. We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay. However, when I arrived home and was unpacking I discoverd I had left a pair of tan pants over the back of the chair next to the fireplace. I call on Thursday and spoke with Lily and again on Friday and left another message and was told each time that they would check with housekeeping would get back to me. I would like the pants back; but, more importantly, I am somewhat disappointed that no one has returned my calls. We love your establishment and appreciate the attention while visiting but feel a quick check of the room, right at the top of the stairs, and a return call would have been appropriate.
