Deposit Policy
Stays of 1 to 3 nights require a maximum 2-night deposit. For 4 or more nights a 50% deposit of total stay is required.
Only reservations with deposits are considered guaranteed bookings. Use your credit card to charge your deposit.
Deposit does not include Massachusetts room tax of 9.7% this must be paid upon departure. Deposit will be forfeited if arrival is after the date specified, or if departure is before the final day of reservation. Balance due upon arrival. Check in is as of 3:00 pm, check out by 11:00 am.
The Inn accepts American Express, Visa , Mastercard and Discover card.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received 14 days before scheduled arrival in order to receive a refund, less $25.00 handling charge. Refunds for cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival are subject to resale of the entire cancelled reservation. If we are unable to resell the reservation, the Deposit will be forfeited and your Credit card will be charged for the entire duration of the originally made reservation.
